HB 1426 -- Public Retirement Systems

Sponsor:  Davis

This bill removes the requirement that a person be 50 years old
to retire under the "rule of 80" for the Missouri State
Employees' Retirement System, both the existing plan and the Year
2000 Plan, and the Highways and Transportation Employees' and
Highway Patrol Retirement System.
