HB 1469 -- Home- and Community-Based Waivers

Co-Sponsors:  Hosmer, Hilgemann, Berkowitz, Copenhaver, Harlan,
Ladd Baker

This bill requires the Department of Social Services to use the
same age restrictions, division of assets, and income allowances
to determine Medicaid eligibility and benefits for individuals
eligible to receive services through a home- and community-based
waiver as are used to determine eligibility and benefits for
individuals who require institutional care.
