HB 1474 -- State Employee's Military Leave of Absence

Co-Sponsors:  Green (15), Abel

Currently, state, county, or city employees in U.S. military
service under competent orders will not lose time, pay, regular
leave, efficiency rating, or any other right or benefit of their
position for service for a period not to exceed 15 days per
federal fiscal year.

This bill provides for the continuation of full pay beyond the
15-day limit until the completion of service.
