HB 1500 -- Telecommunication Services

This bill requires landlords to allow telecommunication service
providers to compete for tenants' business on a nondiscriminatory
basis.  Landlords and service providers that cannot agree to
terms may, at their expense, appoint an arbitrator or request
that a state district court judge appoint an arbitrator.
Landlords and service providers are also prohibited from
developing agreements designed to circumvent Federal
Communications Commission rules on home wiring for
telecommunication services.
