HB 1545 -- Transportation Development Districts

Sponsor:  Rizzo

Current law states that if no registered voters live within the
transportation development district, the owners of all real
property within the proposed district may file a petition
requesting that such a district be created.  The bill clarifies
that "owners" does not include the owners of public streets.
