HB 1607 -- Contamination of Food or Drink

This bill creates the crime of contamination of food or drink.
Contamination of food or drink is committed when an employee of a
food or drink establishment purposely introduces bodily fluids,
excrement, or hair into food or drink being served to another
person.  Contamination of food or drink is a class C misdemeanor.
