HB 1647 -- Universal Designed Homes

Co-Sponsors:  Ladd Baker, Portwood, Harlan, Hilgemann, Bray,
Campbell, Boucher, Williams, Harding

This bill requires that new home construction that uses state
housing funds as described in Chapter 215, RSMo, must comply with
the requirements of a universal designed home.  The bill also
specifies the requirements of a universal designed home.
