HB 1651 -- A+ Schools

Co-Sponsors:  Copenhaver, Franklin, Davis, Moore

This bill establishes that the priority for funding of A+ schools
goes to reimbursement of students; grants to high schools get
second priority within the amount appropriated for the program.
