HB 1658 -- Sex Offender Registration

This bill makes changes to the sexual offender registration
requirements.  The bill clarifies that a person obligated to
register after committing a sexual offense must do so by
September 10, 2002.  After a person who is obligated to register
is released from custody, he or she must register within 10 days
of release or within 10 days of becoming a resident of any county
in the state.
