HB 1674 -- Administrative Rules for Public Employee Retirement
Plans

This bill adds a requirement for public employee retirement plans
to furnish a copy of a proposed rule to the Joint Committee on
Public Employee Retirement when promulgating administrative
rules.  Plans that file rules with the Secretary of State must
furnish a copy to the committee prior to or concurrent with their
filing with the Secretary of State.  Plans that are not required
to file with the Secretary of State must furnish a copy to the
committee within 10 days of promulgating the rule.
