HB 1713 -- Peace Officers

Co-Sponsors:  Monaco, Walton, Johnson (90), Jolly, Mayer

Under this bill, certain health impairments suffered by peace
officers will be presumed to have been suffered in the line of
duty unless the contrary can be shown by competent evidence.  The
peace officer must have passed a physical exam within five years
of the time the disability or death claim is being made.
