HB 1791 -- Health Insurance

This bill exempts health carriers from a requirement that they
file a health care access plan with the Department of Insurance
if the health carrier meets federal requirements for the
"Medicare + Choice" care plan or has received accreditation from
certain quality assurance organizations.
