HB 1806 -- Transportation of Hazardous Materials

Co-Sponsors:  Shelton, Koller, Foley

This bill prohibits persons from transporting hazardous materials
through a tunnel or parking a vehicle containing hazardous
materials within 350 feet of any highway tunnel.  Any person who
is found guilty or pleads guilty to a violation will be guilty of
a class B misdemeanor and a class A misdemeanor for second or
subsequent violations.
