HB 1824 -- Probation Documents

Co-Sponsors:  Boucher, Monaco, Relford

This bill allows sex offenders' treatment providers and
therapists to obtain copies of relevant documents, including
presentence and post sentence investigation reports and sex
offender assessment records, from the Board of Probation and
Parole and the Department of Corrections.  Under current law,
these documents are privileged.
