HB 1831 -- No-Call List

This bill adds faxes and e-mails to the definition of "telephone
solicitation" in the No-Call Law.

The bill also revises one of the exceptions to the no-call list
by allowing calls to make appointments only in response to a
contact that was initiated by a consumer.
