HB 1832 -- Law Enforcement Districts

This bill removes the requirement that the circuit court serve
the petition for the creation of a law enforcement district to
every owner of property or resident within the proposed district.
The bill requires the circuit court of the county to give proper
notice of the petition and notice of a public hearing regarding
the formation of the district.
