HB 1841 -- State Purchasing

Co-Sponsors:  Boatright, Merideth, Purgason

This bill requires that state contracts for the purchase of any
goods or services manufactured, provided, or produced by the
Vocational Enterprises Program or any other vendor for the state
or public institutions of the state be subject to competitive
bidding and awarded to the lowest bidder.
