HB 1857 -- School Board Candidate Qualifications

This bill revises the residency requirements for candidates for
school board in districts with seven-member school boards.
Currently, candidates must have resided in Missouri for a year
before the election; the bill changes the requirement from
residency in the state to residency in the district.  The bill
also makes technical changes and eliminates obsolete language.
