HB 1874 -- Removal of Weeds and Trash

Co-Sponsors:  Crawford, Relford

This bill allows the cities of Boonville and Cameron, after
proper notice, to remove trash and weeds which have been declared
a nuisance.  The cost of removal becomes a lien on the property.
