HB 1897 -- State Employees

Co-Sponsors:  Gratz, Koller, Lowe, Lawson, Green (15), Legan,
Berkowitz

In any fiscal year in which no salary adjustment is provided for
state employees, this bill requires that state employees receive
an additional hour of annual leave and sick leave per month for
that fiscal year.

The bill contains an emergency clause.
