HB 1899 -- Inflation Increase for Hold-Harmless School District

Beginning with the 2002-2003 school year, this bill permits hold-
harmless districts with a levy of no less than $2.75 to receive
an amount per pupil that is adjusted for inflation by the
cumulative change in the Consumer Price Index for the current
year compared to the 2000-2001 school year.
