HB 1966 -- Income Tax:  Deduction for National Guard Pay

Co-Sponsors:  Froelker, Moore

This bill allows as a deduction from state individual income tax
all regular or retirement pay received by members of the National
Guard if the amount is included in their federal adjusted gross
income.

The bill become effective January 1, 2003.
