HB 1967 -- Poultry Producer Production Act

Co-Sponsors:  Monaco, Shoemyer (9), Rizzo

When poultry contract producers make required capital investments
of $100,000 or more per poultry production contract, as defined
in the bill, this bill prohibits those contracts from being
renegotiated, altered, or amended, except in certain
circumstances.  The bill also provides certain legal rights and
protections for poultry producers.
