HB 1968 -- Landlord Tenant

This bill requires mobile home park landlords to provide 120-days
notice to mobile home owners when demanding that they vacate the
property due to a change in the use of the property.  The length
of the required notice will be the remaining period on the lease
when that remaining period is more than 120 days.  The bill also
prohibits landlords from raising the rent within 60 days of
providing such notice, except for a rent increase based solely on
an increase in property taxes.
