HB 1971 -- Public Retirement Systems

Co-Sponsors:  Seigfreid, Shoemyer (9), Copenhaver

This bill qualifies certain individuals who were employed as a
pastor or associate pastor at a correctional facility as special
consultants for public employee retirement systems and makes
their spouses eligible for survivor benefits.
