HB 1978 -- Assessed Valuation for School Purposes

This bill requires that on the school funding formula line that
deducts local wealth as measured in assessed valuation, a
proration factor of .97 be used in the 2003-2004 school year and
.95 for the 2004-2005 school year and thereafter.
