HB 2000 -- Industrial Development Corporations Co-Sponsors: Quinn, Mays (50), Myers, Dempsey, May (149), Relford, Lawson, Gratz Current law requires that members of the board of directors of any industrial development corporation be a registered voter and, for at least five years, a taxpayer in the county or city. This bill makes this requirement optional for industrial development corporations wholly in third or fourth classification counties. It also lowers the number of years a director must be a resident taxpayer from five years to one year.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
