HB 2070 -- Child Support Processing Fee

This bill establishes a monthly processing fee for child support
cases processed by the Division of Child Support Enforcement.
The fee will be $15 or 10% of the child support payment,
whichever is less, to be collected from the child support
obligor.  Money received by the family support payment center
cannot be used to pay any processing fees until all current and
past due child support and state debts have been paid in full.
