HB 2077 -- Income Tax:  Education Saving Program

Sponsor:  Hanaway

This bill expands the Section 529 Higher Education Saving Program
to allow married couples to contribute up to $16,000 per year tax
free into the program.  Current law allows a maximum of $8,000
contribution per year into the program.
