HB 2093 -- Captioning Broadcasts for the Deaf

Beginning January 1, 2003, this bill requires Missouri television
stations with gross revenues in excess of $3 million annually to
provide captions for their local news, sports, and weather
broadcasts.  No station would be required to spend more than 2%
of its gross revenues on captioning.
