HB 2101 -- Disclosure of Motor Vehicle Information

Co-Sponsors:  Cooper, Bearden, Dempsey, Hohulin, Hunter,
Richardson, Legan

This bill prohibits any entity that obtains information relating
to motor vehicle registration or other personal information from
the Department of Revenue from using the information for the
purposes of bulk distribution for surveys, marketing, or
solicitations.
