HB 2105 -- Driver's License

Co-Sponsors:  Monaco, Bonner, Clayton

This bill requires that points against a driver's license holder
be assessed at the time of a conviction or for forfeiture of
collateral.  Currently, points are assessed only after a
conviction or forfeiture of collateral.
