HB 2116 -- School Activities Associations

Co-Sponsors:  Johnson (61), Cunningham, Marble

This bill makes the records and meetings of statewide activities
associations for schools subject to the open records law (Chapter
610, RSMo).  No school, public or private, may belong to such an
association if the association does not permit a student to be
represented by an attorney or other representative at meetings in
which the student's eligibility to participate in activities is
at issue.
