HB 2141 -- Transitional School District

This bill exempts the operating levy or sales tax equivalent of
the transitional school district (which is coterminous with the
St. Louis City school district) from being subject to tax
increment financing in connection with any redevelopment plan
adopted by the City of St. Louis after January 1, 2001, and
clarifies that the district's operating levy will not be subject
to tax abatement.
