HB 2183 -- Neighborhood Assistance Tax Credits

Co-Sponsors:  Merideth, Holand

This bill limits the amount of neighborhood assistance tax
credits to no more than $26 million through Fiscal Year 2002 and
to no more than $7.5 million in Fiscal Year 2003 and beyond.  The
bill also limits the amount of these tax credits to no more than
$150,000 for each project.
