HB 2217 -- Fee Agents

Sponsor:  Murphy

This bill requires the Director of the Department of Revenue to
select fee agents of the Department of Revenue through a
competitive bidding process.  Any revenues generated by this
process must be deposited in the General Revenue Fund.  The
director will have rulemaking authority necessary to implement
this requirement.
