HB 2230 -- Historic Structures Rehabilitation Tax Credit

Co-Sponsors:  Cooper, Marble

This bill limits the cumulative amount of historic structure
rehabilitation tax credits to no more than $20 million per fiscal
year.  The bill requires the Director of the Department of
Economic Development to establish a procedure for equally
distributing these tax credits among all qualifying taxpayers.
