HJR 38 -- Property Tax:  Assessors and Assessments

Co-Sponsors:  Linton, Hanaway

This proposed constitutional amendment requires the assessor in
St. Louis County to be elected by the voters instead of
appointed.

The amendment also removes the automatic general price level
adjustment for property tax assessments for all counties.
