HJR 42 -- Property Tax:  Assessments

Co-Sponsors:  Bearden, Hanaway, Hunter, Crawford, Dempsey, Dolan

This proposed constitutional amendment limits the increase in the
assessed valuation of residential property of any political
subdivision, not including new construction or improvements or
when the property is sold or transferred, to the amount of
increase in Missouri personal income.
