HJR 43 -- Admission Fees on Gambling Boats

Co-Sponsors:  Luetkenhaus, Ostmann

This proposed constitutional amendment allows the General
Assembly to impose an admission fee on persons embarking on
excursion gambling boats to fund public transit projects.  Funds
from the fee will be credited to a subaccount of a newly created
Public Transit Fund and will be used for constructing,
maintaining, repairing, and renovating public transit facilities.
