HJR 49 -- Revenue Limitation

This proposed constitutional amendment expands by one
one-hundredth the ratio which is multiplied by the personal
income of Missouri in determining the revenue limit established
by Article X of the constitution, commonly known as the Hancock
Amendment.  The expansion will apply to calculations beginning
with Fiscal Year 2004-2005 and thereafter.
