HJR 51 -- Fishing and Hunting

Co-Sponsors:  Whorton, Kreider, Hampton, Shoemyer (9), Barnitz,
Berkowitz, Koller

This proposed constitutional amendment preserves the right to
hunt, fish, and harvest game in accordance with the
constitutional powers of the Conservation Commission and subject
to reasonable restrictions prescribed by the General Assembly.
