HB 1460 -- COMPULSORY SCHOOL AGE (Hilgemann)

This bill permits the board of education for the St. Louis City
school district to adopt a resolution raising the mandatory
attendance age in the district from 16 to 17.

FISCAL NOTE:  Estimated Net Cost to General Revenue Fund of $0 in
FY 2003, $95,914 to Unknown in FY 2004, and $98,377 to Unknown in
FY 2005.  Expected to exceed $100,000.  Estimated Net Effect on
State School Moneys Fund of $0 in FY 2003, FY 2004, and FY 2005.
