SCS HB 1811 -- CONVEYANCES IN ST. LOUIS, COLE COUNTY, LEE'S
SUMMIT, AND KANSAS CITY

This bill authorizes the public sale of state property located
within the City of St. Louis known as the Hubert Wheeler State
School.

The Governor is authorized to convey certain state property
located in Cole County to the General Services Administration or
the Missouri Development Finance Board in consideration for
property of like value to be transferred to the state.

The Governor is also authorized to convey certain property
located in Lee's Summit to the original owners.

The bill also authorizes the conveyance of certain state property
located within the City of Kansas City, known as Western Missouri
Mental Health Center, to Children's Mercy Hospital.
