CCS SCS HB 1953 -- HEALTH DEPARTMENT COMMITTEES AND BOARDS

This bill makes reimbursement of actual and necessary expenses
for members of the Department of Health and Senior Services'
advisory committees subject to appropriations.

The bill also moves the Board of Nursing Home Administrators from
the jurisdiction of the Department of Social Services to the
Department of Health and Senior Services.
