SCS HB 1964 -- REAL ESTATE This bill allows neighborhood associations, acting without compensation, to participate in real estate transactions by providing prospective buyers with information regarding real estate located within the geographical area which the association represents. A neighborhood association is any group organized for the sole purpose of improving a particular geographic area within a municipality. The bill also creates the definitions of "commercial real estate" and "residential real estate" within the provisions relating to limited and dual real estate agents and designated real estate brokers.Copyright (c) Missouri House of Representatives
