AN ACT
To amend chapter 105, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to family workers.
Section A. Chapter 105, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 105.1207, to read as follows:
105.1207. Any nonmanagerial frontline family worker employed by a state agency or department shall be eligible
for a salary increase based on such worker's completion of and certification by a family development credentialing
program sponsored by a state university. The director of each agency or department that employs nonmanagerial
frontline family workers shall determine the amount of salary increase such workers will be eligible to receive. For
purposes of this section, "nonmanagerial frontline family worker" means any person employed by a state agency in
a nonmanagement position who works directly with families in this state by providing developmental assistance and
services.
