AN ACT
To amend chapter 226, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to establishment of the "Show-Me Old Glory" program.
Section A. Chapter 226, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 226.772, to read as follows:
226.772. There is hereby established the "Show-Me Old Glory" program. The department of transportation shall
install, subject to appropriation, flag poles measuring eighty feet in height to hold a flag of the United States of
America measuring twenty feet by thirty-eight feet, with appropriate lighting, at the intersection of Interstate 70
and multilane divided highways 40 and 61, at the intersection of Interstate 70 and multilane divided highway 63, at
the intersection of Interstates 70 and 435, and at the intersection of Interstate 44 and two-lane highway
65.
