AN ACT

To amend chapter 416, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to price discrimination.



Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

Section A. Chapter 416, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 416.171, to read as follows:

416.171. The Robinson-Patman Price Discrimination Act, 15 Section U.S.C. 13, et seq., is enforceable in all state courts of Missouri.
