AN ACT
To amend chapter 610, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to personal records with unique identifiers.
Section A. Chapter 610, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 610.040, to read as follows:
610.040. No branch, division, department, office, or agency of state government or any political subdivision thereof
shall employ any inmate or any other person with a criminal record in any position where such inmate or other
person would have access to the personal records of any person if such person's records contain any type of unique
personal identifiers including, but not limited to, an address, telephone number, e-mail address, driver's license
number, or Social Security number.
